Pets

Pets are charged at $25 per pet, per stay.

Please contact us to arrange for your pet to stay or see our pet policy for terms and conditions.

Deposit

Deposit of half total is required at time of booking and is totally refundable up to 21 days prior to booking arrival date, otherwise forfeited.

Balance of booking is required to be paid before or at time of check in.

Payment

Payment can me made by Credit Card (Mastercard & Visa) or via a direct bank deposit.

Terms & Conditions

*Accommodation bookings will not be considered by persons under the age of 18 years.

Check In

3.00pm - Unless otherwise arranged with owner.
Contact us to arrange a earlier check in.

Check Out

11.00am - If requested and possible late check out can be arranged for an extra $50 after 12.00pm.
Contact us to arrange a later check out.

Car Parking
Car parking must only be in the driveways provided. Please do not park on the grass or in the garden areas.

Hot Tub
Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult. The spa must not be used after 10pm at night.

Breakages
Please notify your hosts of any problems found within the cottage and advise of any breakages. Guests will be charged if major items are broken or removed from the cottages.

Rubbish
All rubbish should be separated into recycled items in one bin outside rear door, and general rubbish. Please empty bins in the cottage prior to your departure.

Septic Tank
Please do not place baby nappies or sanitary items into the toilet as the cottages have a septic tank system and can be blocked with this activity.

Water Tanks
The cottages are supplied with water from the rain tanks attached to the cottage. Please use this water sparingly. Do not use the water from the tanks to wash cars. The nearest car wash is at the Caltex Service Station in Mansfield. 

Gas Bottles
If you smell gas inside, please advise your hosts so that the gas bottle can be changed over.

Pets
Pets must be under full control at all times. Droppings must be collected and disposed of appropriately respecting other guests.  Pets are not to be on furniture and should have own bedding and bowls.

Noise
Please respect noise levels if guests are in the other cottage.

Checking Out
On leaving cottage ensure that lights, air conditioner and fans are all off.
